I really hope that you can help me. I am currently investigating the Healthy Schools Award which is run by the Active Lancashire Team and Sport England. I was hoping that you could take part in a short survey to assist with this.
Having responses from both children and parents is vital if we are to be successful in achieving this accreditation. The award has a positive impact for the school and the children as we receive free advice and training and also vouchers for new expensive sports equipment.
